Hi

To be able to build a sound SEO strategy, you need a foundation of categories and subcategories.
This should also be reflected in the urls, so users and Search Engines better find there way.

I have a problem with getting my categories to display like that url-wise.
If I create a category "jackets" under the main category "men" i would like the url to be:
/men/jackets of course.
But somehow NopCommerce makes it /jackets which is not good.
What would i call the url for women/jackets and children/jackets then?

Does anyone know how to do this?
I am on Version 4.10.

This has been discussed here.
So it's not supported out of box. As a solution you can possibly name them specifically like women-jackets, children-jackets, though this might not probably be what you want.

It can be done with slight modification to source code. Here's a blog post I've written: Hierarchical Product Url (With Category Breadcrum In The URL) In NopCommerce
