Adding smileys and better code pasting feature

1) Adding smileys in the forum would be a great,,it helps members to express their emotions...

2) I think we need a better code pasting feature on the forum, something like asp.net forums, LIke this:

in this code pasting feature, the code is being displayed different than normal text, plus have the feature of viewing the code as plain text, copy to clipboard and direct print the code which is a great feature....
