version 3.9

when i run a gtmetrix speed test my site scores well but in 3 items its scoring bad

Serve resources from a consistent URL
Leverage browser caching
Avoid landing page redirects

is there a way to improve these scores?

My site is multilingual, version 3.9. I dont have anything strange/extra installed !
