Worldpay Module Upgrade To 4.1?

Are there any plans to upgrade this plugin to 4.1:

We're a UK based company using this on Nop 3.7, but it says it's only supported up to 3.7.

The Worldpay plugin that comes bundled with Nop 4.1 appears to be US only.
