Pictures rotating after uploading to store

Hi Everyone!

   Question - when uploading a product image to the store it goes from portrait to landscape (effectively rotating the picture from up and down to side to side).  Is there any reason for this or a way to stop it?

Most likely it's because the photo viewer on your computer auto-rotates your picture, but did not actually save the configuration.

The most accurate way to see the original orientation of your photo is to open it using an editor such as Photoshop or even Paint.

I have this same problem in Version 4.1. The images are definitely correct but get rotated on upload to the product. How do I stop this occurring?
