Yes it works fine. The system lets you define a tax with the name GST you can set the rate at 10% (In the case of Australia) You can choose to display the pirce including or excluding the Tax
For India its mandatory to show GST taxes to customer in a 2 different ways depending on customer is within the shipping state or from outside. nopcommerce doesn't have this feature yet.
