Missing: PayPal Standard Options missing

Hi,
I noticed the PayPal Standard plugin for NopCommerce 4.10 does not have IPN nor "return to order details page" options. Because of this, after successful PayPal transaction, i get redirected to homepage instead of order details page.

Any help would be greatly helpful.
