Hi,
My client is facing a weird issue.
When customers place an order on their store, the system auto-generates an Order # as it should.
BUT, for some weird reason recently the Order # is randomly incrementing. And it seems to be incrementing by 1000.
This has left me with no way to revert it and more importantly, its happened a second time within a week. This happens randomly. And there is no error log generated either.
Any advice ? Is this a known issue ? Is there any fix for this ?
