Missing "Add New" Button on Products Page

Hello,

Our development installation of NopCommerce 4.10 (no-source) does not have an "Add New" button on the Catalog -> Products page. I have had this installed on a previous server instance and used that button to add products so I'm not sure why there isn't one on this installation. Has anyone ever seen this before? I didn't find anything on searching the forum or Google.

UGHhh... It was a plugin we're using that added css to hide the button.  Please disregard.

Add New Button is on the Product List Page

Are you using a Third Party Theme or any custom CSS ?
