Nopcommerce website hosting

I have nopcommerce website hosted on aws but its getti g costlier 40$ a month. I am looking for a cheaper hosting.
Godaddy is providing but looks like we cannot install nop 4 version in that and o ly versio. Till 3.9 is available same is thr case with bigrock hosting provider. On yhe contrary i have read few forums where it said it is possible to install so i am little confused.

Could you please cleaf my confusion on whether it is possible or not in shared hosting.

Also Could you please suggest cheaper and trustworthy hosting provider having good support as well.
