Licence required for componentes like Kendo UI?

Hi!

I saw some code references to Kendo UI.

As apparently Kendo UI it isn't free or open source, I would like to know if I must pay some license fees to install nopEcommerce's components on my server.

We use KendoUI version that is free (no the latest one). You can use it
