Hello A2Hosting_Liaison,

Yes, I already tried A2 Hosting many times in various datacenters and the uptime was terrible.
Most recently the Amsterdam DC was down for an entire weekend. Also, when you request chat support, there is usually 40 ahead of you in the queue.

I'll respectfully pass, thanks anyway.

Hope your issue get resolved soon. FYI, I use asphostportal, so far there is no big issues with them.

I'm hoping you guys can help and point me to some reliable hosting for NopCommerce.

My current host has absolutely terrible uptime and I need help getting away ASAP.
This would include migrating my live e-commerce site over.

Let me know who you've found that has proven extremely reliable.

Thank you so much!

A2Hosting is high performance hosting provider and a gold partner of nopCommerce: https://www.a2hosting.com/nopcommerce-hosting

Please try A2Hosting and you will be happy.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Dear A2Hosting_Liaison

When you say we will be happy, are you considering the customers as my company that have been down since at least tuesday morning 23 of April? No answers, no estimate on how long it will take, no customer support, nothing.

It is not understandable that NopCommerce refers A2Hosting as a Gold Partner.

Answering the topic "RELIABLE Hosting" i am looking as well, what i know is that today i am sure of one i do not want to use.

I second you on this. And I take my initial words of appreciation back. They literally have no sense of customer service. And eventually they don't seem to have a good tech team. The servers have been down for about 3 days and we are locked in. Neither can we get the backup nor can we cancel the plan.

I understand that NopCommerce team needs to make money as they put lots of effort on it to do this platform but by referring this type of companies i think it is also their name on the line. As is ours in front of our customers.

Right now i am looking at the "Recommended Hosting" and have not idea what can be trusted.

Any sugestions?

Thanks

I went with PeoplesHost and couldn't be happier. While not the cheapest, their support and servers are amazing.
I signed at the end of January and have zero outages to date.

Many am I glad I dodged that A2 bullet!

SmarterAsp.Net is one of the recommended hosts, and we also recommend them.  See what I posted here:

I wish I had dodged it too. My clients have lost over two months of data in their database.

Wow, sorry to hear that...that's crazy in this day and age. Not acceptable.

Get an unmanaged dedicated server from Godaddy and use it for all your stores together.

A2hosting as nothing to do with reliability. 8 days they are down.
