Sure, can you give me ticket ID you have created for Bug report for Beta?
This is not part of any beta version you have released. Also I am not a beta tester of your products. But i sometimes feel i am a beta tester as even your production releases have bugs.
Anyway this is regarding an active bug i have in the nopAccelerate version 4.1 that you have released. Please check the #28545 ticket number for more info. The only reason I posted here is you guys take too long to resolve any active issues. Its been 4 days since i raised that issue and i am yet to receive any response. You have to understand we all have commitments here and if you cannot deliver on your end it affects my output as well.
I have just gone through your ticket. I understand your frustration for the issue. We will be surely helping you fix the same. Also, you have to understand nopCommerce and nopAccelerate Plugin first. For example, you can't uninstall nopAccelerate Core plugin and expect other plugin to work. However, whatever your queries and issues you face are due to mostly incorrect installation & setup process followed; and is very easy to resolve. And we are committed to help you support for the same.
