I am trying to configure my products for a printing company. In other words, "Business Cards" is the product, but the available quantities are like "250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, etc" with a fixed price for each quantity.
Is it possible to have the different quantities listed in a pulldown menu and the price be updated when a quantity is selected?
It's not really acceptable to use a tier pricing method, because the price for 500 may be $125, which would show the price as $.25 as that is the price per item @ $125/500.
If not, then would radio buttons of each quantity/price pair be workable?

Approach # 1
Why don't you use Allowed Quantities field along with Tier Pricing. You can comma separate quantities, so only those many quantities can be ordered. The quantities will be displayed in Dropdown as you want.
Approach # 2
Create Product Attributes for each allowed quantity and then override price of product for each of those attributes. Though not a clean way, but it works.
