nopCommerce 4.10 Adding new field to Customer

I am new to nopCommerce. I am trying to add a new field to Customer. I have read some of previous posting regarding this issue. However, all those solutions seem to apply to earlier version of nopCommerce. I would appreciate anyone who is able to give me a step by step guild for version 4.10.
My new field for customer is CustomerNo.
