4.1 upgrade from 4.0 Cart not working with items in it

Hello,

We have recently updated from a working 4.0 to 4.1. Ran the SQL upgrade scripts and republished the production version. Since the upgrade we get the error page on the shopping cart when it contains any items?

Nothing has changed other than the upgrade?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
