Is the target framework still <TargetFramework>net461</TargetFramework> for the 4.10 release of NopCommerce ?

Hi,

the target framework in nopCommerce 4.10 is netcoreapp2.1 ( <TargetFramework>netcoreapp2.1</TargetFramework> )
