Captcha enabled in backend and could not login the Backend

Hi,

I just enabled the Captcha option ticked in backend and after that CAPTCHA screen displayed and i tried to login
and screen shows letter not changing and always shows " reCAPTCHA V1 IS SHUTDOWN". I entered the text in text box and i could not login.So how i can solve this issue.Now i can't login backend as admin.Please help me to fix this issue and i want remove from backend
