Terms of Service Dialogue Box on checkout

Hello:

Is the Terms of Service Dialogue Box (activated in Configuration>Settings>Order settings) use the "Conditions of Use" in Content Management> Topic(pages) as its dialogue

or, is there somewhere else we can set this (and point the Terms of Use on checkout? ... so various products and each have a different Terms of Use...

Yes, the terms of service dialogue box use the "Conditions of use" topic as its message. Also, if you want to have different terms of use dialogues for some kind of products, you have to do some customizations, because nopCommerce uses a single topic for any type of shopping carts.
