Need to Remove Subcategories from display at results

Hello all

when try to filter by manufactures & main category

i found that there are subcategories display before results at the top with icon with pictures

want to remove that in all pages

thanks alot and hope can do it by admin site at V4.10

You have to comment some line of code from category template there is no settings for this.
