NopCommerce 4.20 settings

Hello,

I've noticed that in the new 4.20 version the tabs in the administration (settings) are changed with accordions. To be honest I don't really like this decision. They make my (and my colleagues) work a thousand times harder.
Throughout our work day, we change many settings in the administration of the nopCommerce applications running on our local machines or on our clients' machines.
We use the ctrl+f function of our browsers (search) when we open a page since we cannot really memorize the places of all of the settings. Not only that, this method boost our productivity since I can easily find a setting on a page in under a second without ever having to scroll or do anything else.
This is not possible with the new accordions since they are closed by default. The ctrl+f doesn't search in the closed accordions.
In the short period of me using the 4.20 version, I've noticed that my productivity in the administration of nopCommerce has dropped significantly and I think it is due to this issue.

Having that in mind, can we get a setting that opens all of those accordions in the administration by default? Not having control over that right now is a big problem for me and my colleagues.

Anton

Hi Anton,

Thanks for suggestion.

Please note that if a panel it's expanded, then nopCommerce saves its state (expanded or collapsed). So you don't have to expand it each time. It's done only once

But I think it's even better to have all of them (setting pages only) to be expanded by default. Here is a work item

Hello,

I appreciate the fast work!

Yes, I've noticed that the panels keep their state but it would still be an issue for us to use that since we switch between many projects and you will have to go and manually open all of the panels before doing any work. The setting would help us a lot.

Thanks again for the fast response!

Regards,
Anton
