Extending Nop Templates API

Hello,

I am looking for someone to help me extend the existing project at https://www.nop-templates.com/api-plugin-for-nopcommerce for NOP 4.1.  I need an additional endpoint where I can pass an order number and have the system email the customer the Workflow Message.  I believe the method needed to be called is "SendOrderCompletedCustomerNotification"

The function is inside "Libraries/Nop.Services/Messages/WorkflowMessageService.cs"

I would actually love to pair for an hour or so with someone to see how we can add this feature to the API.

Absolutely, willing to pay for anyone who can help me get this done.
