I have a problem with Chrome.
Some pictures (.jpg) of the topics do not appear.
Cateogories and poroducts are seen correctly.
Does anyone know why?

Unfortunately, you haven't given enough information for anyone to determine what the problem is. Can you inspect the images that are not showing in the blog and see if their URLs are correct? In some cases (when you can open your store from 2 URLs - e.g. myDomain.com and localhost:15536) your images get cached with the wrong URL and can't be opened until the cache is cleared. If that is the case you will see that nopCommerce tries to open the images from a wrong URL (by inspecting them in your browser dev tools).
If that is the case the solution is simple - either don't visit your store from the URL that is not your main URL or clear the cache from the administration every time you do so.

Hello freedomx.
Is your website online? We can't really tell what the problem might be without being able to inspect it directly.
You say it is happening only with topic images, so it may be something wrong with the image code setup in the admin html editor. Or it could be a bug in the browser of course, I've seen problems with animated images for example in some versions of Chrome.
