Partial refunds on product

When I do a partial refund I am only allowed to enter amount. I cannot refund based on a product. If I enter the refunded amount and click ok totals stay the same as before and they are wrong.

What nopCommerce version are you using?

I just checked v4 and it works the same as v4.1

Yes the Profit is not updated. The order total does not change when you do the partial refund.

Not sure how you want it to work ? It is more a philosophical question. As it is a partial refund you have still sold the products. Of course you have given money back so one would assume the profit is not the same. You could go and edit the individual products totals – although that does not flow through to change the order total. You can edit the order total. Basically it is up to you to define what the partial refund means to the system.

The question is back to you - how do you think it should work ?
