Should I use 4.20 or stick with 4.10? What’s new in 4.20?

Hello all,
Though I am software developer I am completely new to nopCommerce.
I want to use nopCommerce for my ecommerce website.
So, should I use 4.20 which is under development, or stick with 4.10?
What’s new in 4.20?
Or should I start using 4.20 and update it as get updates from development version from GitHub?
Which way to proceed please reply.

4.20 is not yet released for production.  But's it's coming soon

If you need it now, go with 4.10.  If you can wait a few weeks, go with 4.20.   If you're going to make core code changes, wait for 4.20.  If you're going to create plugins (which is always preferred), then you can easily upgrade them later.

what is main difference between 4.10 and upcoming 4.20?

I am asking this just to decide whether wait for 4.20,if it has something noticeable features.

How much time other plugin developers take to develop their plugins compatible for 4.20,

Or they are simultaneously developing and releasing along with 4.20?

It's all depends on the plugin vendor and nopCommerce changes, from few hours to few days, weeks, months or never.  
Most nopCommerce minor upgrades don't contain any or very few breaking changes, but once in a while, a plugin requires some major changes.
