Reward points not working

Hi,

I have enabled the reward points but the whole functionality is not working. I cannot see them under my account nor when I checkout
Here is a screenshot of my settings. I am using NopCommerce 4.1

To be able to paid for order or reduce amount of order you should have any points added to account.
To get credit points from order you should have status complete or processing of the order (setting).

I dont see them in any way. Even when an order is completed. And from what I read they should be visible when  I am in cart. With this purchase you get x points.
Dont see that either.
