You can change the template in admin > content management > message templates. Also, check that the notification is active.

I have enabled the notification at admin.
But the order attribute is not sending to Vendor

Have you tried changing the code in the message templates?

"Order Attribute"??? Do you mean Checkout Attribute?

(Not sure if they ever added it for Vendor
