Hi,
I have installed nopcommerce's team Cash On Delivery plugin and I wanted to ask about changes in the process of the order.
When an order is placed through my payment provider the order is automatically marked as Paid. and then as you create a shipment and set as shipped and delivered the order status is green (Completed).
Now with Cash on delivery it is still saying processing even If i create a shipment and set as shipped and delivered and the status is not set as Completed but Processing.
Why is that and what is the order flow when cash on delivery is used as payment method
