Tier pricing not working correctly after upgrading to 4.2

We use tier pricing with customer roles.  It has been working correctly for the last several releases including 4.1.  After upgrading to 4.2 the prices show on the web pages are the lowest prices regardless if the customer is logged in or if they are mapped to the role assigned to the tier.

Go to admin side settings=> catalog settings and in the performance section. uncheck  Ignore ACL rules (sitewide). after this setting disable it should work.
