website style sheet missing!

I noticed that nopcommerce.com website has a 404 error for the styles.css and the styles13.css style sheet making navigation difficult, at best.

Yes, I noticed this as well.

I get a 404 error in the console saying that https://www.nopcommerce.com/App_Themes/moderndesign/styles.css is missing.

As an example, if I try to add a link in a forum post, the link window opens and then immediately closes.
