NopCommerce 4.20 templates caching?

Good day.

Just moved our site to 4.20 version. And our html-coder insists there is a new caching feature in this version. He uploads changed templates using FTP and does not see any changes. Is he correct? If there is a new caching, is there way to switch it off during development?

Thank you in advance,
Serge

There's no templating caching. I presume your developer updates a wrong file. For example, you have a third-aprty template with its own cshtml files

Thank you, Andrew!

Version 4.20 require to restart application (from administration panel) to apply html changes. Much faster way would be to prepare changes on local machine (does not require restart), when changes will be done, upload it to production environment.

Sorry, who is correct? Andrew or nop4you ?

If nop4you, it is a *terrible* thing for our development. Html coder makes tens changes per hour without access to Admin panel. Is there way to disable this feature?

Here is another topic about this issue.
Of course, if your developer changing files in wrong location, Andrei was correct.
