New site redirects to old site

Hello.

I have created a new version of my nopCommerce 4.0 site because I need to load data from our old production site into it in preparation for deploying the updated site.  I updated the URL in the store table, but when I try to go to https://prodversionofournewsite.us.com, I'm redirected to https://devversionofournewsite.us.com.  I've restarted the site and the app pool.  If I curl the URL, I see that I am indeed getting a 301 to the old URL.  Is there anywhere else I can look for this?

It appears that I didn't change the database location in dataSettings.json.  No wonder it wasn't using the new URL I set in the database.  

How embarrassing.
