Campaign Emailing Not working

I created a Campaign and successfully tested the Email.
Then, when I click on the Send Mass Email, the header stated that "0 emails have been successfully queued"
How do I get the Campaign to send emails to my clients?

Are there any Customers that have the Newsletter ticked i.e. Subscribed to Newsletter ?
The campaign only sends to those registered on this list for each store
You can see who is subscribed at Promotions -> Newsletter subscribers
i.e. yourwebsite.com/Admin/NewsLetterSubscription/List

Thank You!  How do I update the registration code to automatically add a user to the list.  I plan to let them know during registration that will be happening.
