Adding Case and Box to a product

We want to sell products by either the case or the box. eg, case of exam gloves has 10 boxes of gloves in the case. How do we do this in nopcommerce 4.1, without having to recreate two products, on for the case and one for the box?  This seems simple, but it doesn't allow for weight and dimension differences for shipping. Alos, each glove comes in X-Small, Small, Medium, Large and X-Large sizes.  Does anyone have a solution that doesn't require adding the code two times into nopCommerce, the case then the box????
