I'm writing here to hopefully get properly addressed by someone more experienced than I am.
I would need to enable specific customer roles to get up to X pieces of some discounted products for free for each calendar year. I tried to set up discounts, and it works quite well, except for the configured maximum quantity being considered on each single order independently. Instead, I would need to track a total quantity (across multiple orders) for each product during a calendar year.
From what I've found in the documentation and by googling around, there is no such feature in nopCommerce, neither I've found a plugin for it in the marketplace.
Do you have any suggestions? Only a code customization can achieve my desired result?
