Hosting requirements

Im looking to host quite a big nop commerce site in terms of categories and products.

around 6000 categories and 5000 products.
visits would be aroudn 200 -300 per day

can nopcommerce handle this?
any ideas what hosting requirements i will need to run this?

How could you have more products than categpries?
I don't forsee any problem to handle such small number of users per day. A VPS could be enough or even shared hosting if it is on v2.1 or v2.2 . We use and highly recommend PeoplesHost

Yes nop can handle it. as 4.2 is very good.

You can go with AWS lightsail. Which is very good server

Some products reside in more than one category.

That won't hurt anything, but it would probably be best to store the images for those products in the filesystem.
