Super Fast Performance Hosting Plan Advice?

Dear Community,

My website is Mgactivewear.com . Running on version 4.1 and using NOP Templates Venture Theme.
The website is great and I have done all optimization as per NOPCommerce Guildline for performance.

I am Hosted on Semi Basic Plan at SmartnerAsp.net : https://www.smarterasp.net/semi_dedi
With SSL and Cloudflare Activated.

However , I website speed tested on PageSpeed(google) is in Red / Orange zone .
I would like the speed performance to be in Green Zone for all webpages in mobile and desktop.

Please suggest a good tried and tested host / best cost effective plan for me to run the site in Green zone (pagespeed) .


Please feel free to ask me any specifics that might be important.

No, we haven't used Smartasp. We have sticked to Peopleshost since we are very happy with their service. Previously we were using Arvixe until it got really bad and then moved to Peoples host.
