Hello,

It seems that you have the Shipping.ByTotal plugin files twice in your ~/Plugins directory. NopCommerce tries to load the plugin twice and raises that error.

Anton

Thanks Anton can you let me know how I can fix this please?
Hello,

Sorry, I forgot to answer that in my previous answer.

If you have the files of the plugin twice inside the ~/Plugins directory you should remove one of the two folders that contain the files. There shouldn't be duplicate files of the plugins inside your ~/Plugins directory.
After you do that you should restart your nopCommerce application.

Anton

Hello,

If you cannot access your store after you've enabled SSL with bad SSL settings you can edit your database and edit the dbo.Store table. After that, change the value of the SslEnabled column for your store to "False" and restart your application.

As for the error you are getting - the only thing I found for your specific error is this article in stackoverflow. If you've set some additional parameters to your connection string (~/App_Data/dataSettings.json) you should check if they are correct.

Hope that helps!

Regards,
Anton
