Deploy on Azure

Hey There!

I deployed Nopcommerce 4.20 to Azure via Visual Studio, I get the following Error when starting Nopcommerce

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime, Version=4.2.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.


I installed: dotnet-hosting-2.2.6, dotnet-sdk-2.2.401, webdeploy on the Virtual Machine.

I set the Permission on Files and Folders like here:  https://www.nop-templates.com/how-to-install-nopcommerce

Deleted the Streams like said here: https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/51387/http-error-5025-process-failure.aspx
with this tool: https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/sysinternals/downloads/streams

Any other ideas, on how to solve?
