This is a custom designed Accommodation Reservation Booking System plugin which allows you to easily mange accommodation availabilities, bookings and reservations at a Motel, Hotel or B'nB. It can also be used for camping style facilities where ther are a number of non allocated camping sites available to be booked for any given date range.

The plugin uses the Calendar to show availabilities and allows the customer to select a range of booking options using predefine Product Attributes.

The system also has custom design administration pages to display and manage accomodation bookings, produce PDF reports and allow the export of bookings to eXcel.

The plugin has been updated and is now available for all versions 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 and we have demo website setup for each version. It supports multi-stores and manages the displaying and entering dates in all language cultures.
The plugin also includes a My Account - Bookings Calendar which keeps track of all reservations and bookings for a customer.

Both FF and Opera work fine here in Australia.
Not sure what is happening where you are - Is it a timezone thing ?
But there is no time in the Date stored in the database
Start Date
2020-02-01 00:00:00.0000000
End Date
2020-02-08 00:00:00.0000000

You are able to check it quite easy - Opera has build in VPN, change for US or Europe and check. The best if you will use incognito mode. Also someone else from this board may have a look and check.
