UPS Plugin in 4.2

Can any one helping me with UPS Shipping Plugin in 4.2. i Entered All information and can't show on Shipping service in chick out page. i don't no why ? the plugin is Active and all . is there is a tutorial for using this plugin.

Did you make the UPS shipping provider Active?

If so, then try again and check your System > Log to see if any errors.

it's Active. i don't no why it's doesn't come on checkout page shipping option. All information Entered Correct

Do you also have other shipping provider plugins Active?

Have you selected appropriate services in the UPS configuration page - e.g.
UPS Ground
UPS Worldwide Express
etc.
?

If the UPS API returns services that you have not selected, then the customer won't see any.

what method should i use it for inserting correct address format ?
