Heading tags h1

Hi

I've been doing a test for SEO and I realized that my webpage doesn't contain any H1 heading, otherwise there are just H2 heading even duplicating the same page.

How can I access to these in order to edit? Where can I find these files or options to edit?

I am not able to access the root folder, is that possible? how can I access the root folder?

I knew when it was another host, but in Nop-commerce I thought it was not possible.

What do you mean by accessing root folder?

I meant I am not the developer of the website, am I wrong thinking that the developer of the website or Nop-Commerce should config it free if I request?

It's a config of a developer, not something that SEO would do it.
