I have read so many threads here, telling to go to page than'n'that in "all settings".
I suggest to turn off paging on the menu: ”configuration-->all settings”-page in .
It is musch easier to allow all settings to list down a looong page, and do a ctrl-F search for the setting in the browser. It works better for me anyway.
To do this, just alter the file settings.ascx so that AllowPaging="false"
