How do i log in as administrator??

i can't find any info how to log in as the administrator .I have the setup and i can see my page on my xp pro with iis installed running on a static address so i don't need no hosting .In all the info i found is you are logged in as the admin but how??

I still having the problem to log in to the admin page first of all i don' have it listet with no hosting service it is running of my xp right now only local network so there is no .com the page in my iis is named to "nop-shop" ,so if i try local.host admin.host and admin as password it won't work i tryed to register just my name "[email protected] it won't work is there any other way do i have to change in the setup somthing (.config)

If you have created the databases correctly and ran the scripts, then you should be able to type http://localhost if the application is running in the root of the server. Otherwise, http://localhost/nop-shop. Either or should bring you to the homepage where the administration login is located.
