Shipping Setup Error

I get this error on every shipping option when I click on 'configure'...

The controller for path '/Admin/Shipping/ConfigureProvider' was not found or does not implement IController.

What does that mean? Any ideas?

AAARRRGH! It works on my local PC, so it must be some files are missing in the transfer to the web host. Does anyone know what files may be missing so I don't have to upload the whole thing again?

Basically, just update your global.asax file (add a space, then remove the space, then re-save it).  This essentially re-initializes the application (which even a "restart" won't accomplish).
