Shipping Option by Shipping Origin Country

I'm currently using nopCommerce 1.30.

Is it possible for me to show Shipping Option available by Shipping Origin Country?
For example, Shipping Method (By Ground) is only available for Shipping Origin Country, but Shipping Method (By Air) is available to all other countries except Shipping Origin Country.
