trouble gettng things going on IIS7 (my server)

Hi everybody - I am trying to set up the no source version on my IIS 7 server and i cannot even get the first installation screen to show - all I get is "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" and I've tried from the server (right clicking the site and "Browsing")

anyone have some tips for making sure IIS is set up right?

ahhhh never mind - I did not have the Host Name set up right
