Cannot see any products on the returns page

Hi - I'm trying to set up the returns function, and I turn it on and I can see the returns button and on the returns page I can put the reason and submit it but I don't see any products in the list to return

anyone got any ideas?

Anyone got any ideas on this? is it maybe a setting or something?

Weeeeellllll maybe I speak too soon - today there are products on my returns form - so maybe this is nothing

anyone can confirm that their returns is all working no problems? maybe it's just me :)
