How to configure Cardsave payment integration in version 1.90

Dear All,

My Client wants me to integrate Cardsave payment into nopcommerce 1.90, as I have get the extension of cardsave from the website but integration readme pdf file is corrupted so I don't know how can I configure? Is there any one who know how to configure?
