nopCommerce / web deveopment crash-course

Hello,

I am comformable developing winforms, but I have never done web development or MVC. Therefore I would like to hire someone who can use teamviewer and guide me through nopCommerce development. I don't need explanations of how to do functional programming, I need explanation on how to navigate through nopCommerce source code, use MVC in Visual Studio to modify nopCommerce parts, and how to compile everything into working version together with good nopCommerce practices.
